Where is the tournament held?


The competition takes place at Club Tennis Ciutadella.

What types of tickets are available?

There are two main ticket options:

  • Weekly passes – giving access to all matches from Sunday 29 March to Sunday 5 April.
  • Single-day tickets – available from Tuesday 31 March, valid for the matches scheduled on the selected day.

Entry on Sunday 29 and Monday 30 March is free, but you’ll need to download an invitation via the ticket section on the website.

There are also two ticket categories:

  • VIP tickets, with access to the hospitality area.
  • General admission.

From what age do children need a ticket?

Children under 5 enter for free and do not require a ticket, but they must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap (no seat allocation).

From age 6, children will need a general admission ticket.

Do minors need to be accompanied by an adult?

Children under 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Those aged 16 or 17 may attend unaccompanied.

Are the seats numbered?

Yes – all tickets come with numbered seating.

How many courts are used in the tournament?

There are three competition courts.
Numbered seating applies only to Centre Court (Court 1).
General admission allows access to matches on Courts 2 and 3, which do not have assigned seating and are subject to limited capacity for safety reasons.
Schedules may be adjusted depending on match duration, and matches may be relocated to another court if necessary.

Where are the umpire’s chair and player benches located?

Both are positioned directly opposite Section C on Centre Court (Court 1).

What does my ticket include?

Tickets are valid for the entire matchday. You’ll have a reserved seat on Centre Court and full access to the Club Tennis Ciutadella venue throughout the day, including Courts 2 and 3 (no reserved seating).
If you’ve purchased a weekly pass, you can attend the event every day from Sunday 29 March onwards.

Are taxes and booking fees included in the ticket price?

Yes – the final price shown during the purchase process includes VAT and booking fees.
A €1 handling fee is applied to each ticket.

Does the time on my ticket indicate when matches begin?

The time listed refers to the start of the first match of the day.
However, the gates will open 30 to 60 minutes beforehand.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?


Yes. Visitors with reduced mobility should purchase a grandstand ticket. On arrival, tournament staff will guide them to a dedicated wheelchair-accessible area to ensure a comfortable experience.

Can I exchange or return my ticket after purchase?


All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless due to an issue attributable to the organisers.

How will I receive my ticket?


Tickets will be sent by email in digital format once the purchase is completed.
You do not need to print your ticket to enter the venue.

Can I resell my ticket?
No – ticket resale is strictly prohibited.

Breaching the terms and conditions may result in denied entry.

What are the authorised sales channels?


Tickets are sold exclusively via the official tournament website.
The organisers do not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through third parties or unauthorised sellers.

Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?


Yes – there is a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.

Can I buy tickets at the box office during the tournament?


Yes, subject to availability, tickets can be purchased at the venue box office from 29 March to 5 April.

Is there parking available for the public?


No official parking – visitors may park in nearby areas around Club Tennis Ciutadella.

Can I exit and re-enter the venue during the day?


Yes – re-entry is allowed once you’ve entered the venue.

Can I bring food and drink into the venue?


Yes – you can bring pre-packaged food that doesn’t require cutlery.
Glass containers are not permitted.
Drinks must be in plastic bottles (max. 50 cl) without a cap.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

Will there be a cloakroom or storage service?

No, the venue does not offer a cloakroom service.
